Cardiff By Car

Getting to Cardiff by road is easy. Cardiff is right on the M4 motorway which goes from London, past Reading, Swindon, Bath, Bristol, intersecting with the M5 motorway, across the Severn Bridge, past Chepstow and Newport on to Cardiff.

Driving time from London is approximately two and a half hours.

If you are travelling from the north then the A470 is the best road to take you into Cardiff.
